Seedonk is committed to your satisfaction with all products purchased from our online shop.  Please note the return policy for each product, which is shown in its description. Most products can be returned for refund or exchange within 30 days from the date of delivery, and carry a warranty of 1 year against manufacturing defects and workmanship, unless otherwise stated.

The following Return Policy and Procedure is provided to assist you in returning your purchase to Seedonk for refund or exchange, or for warranty service. The Return Policy and Procedure applies only to physical goods, and does not cover software or subscriptions to Seedonk Premium Service.

We reserve the right to change, modify, suspend or discontinue any portion of the Return Policy and Procedure at any time without prior notice.

Returning a Product

1. All returns must be authorized - unauthorized returns will be refused. If you wish to return a product, please fill out and submit the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request form below:

   Seedonk will review your RMA request. If the request is approved, we will issue an RMA Number to you.
   
   
2. The buyer is responsible for all costs of sending the product back to us. You may use a carrier of your choice and send it to our address below:

   *Please write the RMA number on the shipping label and/or the shipping box or container.
   
   We recommend you use a service which includes tracking and insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages coming to us.
   
   
3. Please send the product back to us promptly. The RMA number is valid for 15 days after issue. If the product is not received within that time, the buyer will need to submit a new RMA request.
   
   
4. Products being returned must be undamaged and fully functioning, except for cases of manufacturing defect. Any product that has been damaged as a result of improper or negligent use, or has undergone unauthorized modifications, alterations or repairs will not be accepted for return.
   
   
5. Returned product must be complete and includes all materials such as cables, CD-ROMs, manuals and documents, packaging and other accessories, unless there is prior authorization otherwise from Seedonk. Returns with missing items may be subject to partial refunds or exchanges.
   
   
6. Refunds will be given for up to the full purchase price of the returned product(s), including taxes. However, shipping charges and costs are non-refundable.
